Step 1: Upload Proof of Positive Covid Test
Upload evidence of a recent positive test result (PDF, screenshot or photo of your positive test result) and your passport details. We cannot accept photographs of test kits or cassettes.
Step 3: Receive Your Covid Recovery Certificate by Email
Your application is reviewed and if successful, will be signed by a Medwyn Occupational Health doctor. Your certificate will be emailed to you within 6 hours. An optional 2 hour express service is available for £79.
Step 4: Set off on Your International Travels
Travel to countries that accept Covid Recovery Certificates without the need for additional testing.

Frequently Asked Questions
A Covid Recovery Certificate states that you have had Covid-19 and have recovered and therefore may have natural immunity from re-infection.
Covid-19 Recovery Certificates enable travel for passengers who have recovered from Covid-19 but may continue to test positive for coronavirus despite showing no symptoms.
If you have not had symptoms for 48 hours, you can apply for a Covid Recovery Certificate from 7 to 10 days. The first day of your symptoms, or the date of your positive test, is considered day 0. Please check your destination country’s requirements at www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.

Test results can be a PDF from a private laboratory, or a screenshot of an NHS test result notification with your name, date of birth and test result clearly stated.
We are unable to accept only a photograph of the test cassette as evidence.

Yes – following your recovery from Covid-19 it is still possible to test positive for months.
Your certificate will be emailed to you as a PDF within 6 hours, or 2 hours with our express service. This is during the working hours of 8 am to 8 pm.

Yes – QR codes are included on all certificates. This code will contain your patient details and confirmation that your certificate has been validated.

Yes – the Covid Recovery Certificate can be issued to anyone over the age of 5.
Yes – we can issue a Covid Recovery Certificate with a positive Lateral Flow Antigen Test result that is supplied from either the NHS (via an email, SMS or NHS App notification), a private, or international testing provider.
We are unable to accept just the image of a positive lateral flow cassette.
