Our Fit to Travel Flowflex Antigen home test kit is convenient and hassle-free.
This test kit includes:
- 1 x Pre-Departure Flowflex Antigen test
- Results and Fit to Travel Certificate within 3 working hours
- Collection from our clinic – First Floor, Medwyn Centre, Reigate Road, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SD. Next door to Dorking Sports Centre and opposite Mole Valley District Council Offices. There is a large car park adjacent to our clinic with 20 minute free parking spaces.
Note this is an unsupervised, self-collection test. Check how many hours before travel your test is required and ensure an unsupervised test is accepted by your airline and destination country.
You can check whether your destination country requires an in-clinic, video supervised or unsupervised self-collection test at this link. Most, but not all European countries are happy to accept an unsupervised, self-collection sample. If a supervised test is required book a clinic appointment or video supervised antigen test. If you have recently tested positive for Covid-19 you may also require a Covid Recovery Certificate.
How does the test process work?
- Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation with instructions explaining how to upload an image of your test cassette result alongside the photograph page of your passport.
- Your Covid-19 test kit will be delivered to any UK location, or if you live in Surrey you can pick up from our clinic. If you are travelling overseas then you will need to pack your antigen kits with you. Written instructions on how to take your test will also be delivered with your kit.
- Take your test in the time window required before you depart to your destination country. Upload the image of your test cassette result alongside the photograph page of your passport after 20 minutes. Once this is received in our portal your test results will be issued within 3 hours.
Our standard open hours are 08:30-18:00 Monday – Friday and 09:00 – 15:00 Saturday and Sunday.
Your test certificate will be issued within 3 working hours of uploading your test cassette result and passport photograph to our portal.

The Fit to Fly PCR test kit includes all the tools to ensure the timely delivery of your Covid-19 test result. This PCR sample test kit is suitable for pre departure testing if your airline requires a negative result before you fly. Please ensure that you check with the airline and destination entry requirements. Destination specific certification can be arranged on request.
- 1 x RT-PCR Self-Collection Test. Collect in advance (minimum 3 hours after placing your order)
- Results and Certificate next day by 6pm provided your PCR swab is dropped back to our Dorking Clinic by 3pm.
- Collect your swab kit 3 working hours after order.
How does the Covid PCR click, collect and drop service work?
Simply order your COVID-19 click, collect and drop self-test kit. Ensure you click collection at check-out.
Collect from Medwyn Occupational Health, Dorking, RH4 1SD and follow the instructions to perform the Covid test.
Your test swab will be delivered to our lab for analysis by same day bike courier from our Dorking clinic and a Covid PCR test certificate will be issued by the following day at 6pm.
We are open every day except Christmas day so you can avoid testing delays caused by standard courier or Royal Mail delivery services. If you have recently tested positive for Covid-19 you may also require a Covid Recovery Certificate.

- 1 x Pre-Departure RT-PCR Test
- Video appointment with one of our friendly and professional health advisors to guide you through the test process
- Pre paid packaging to send your sample to the Laboratory
- Results and Certificate with 24 hours of laboratory receipt
How does my video appointment work?
- Simply order your COVID-19 Video Supervised test kit for delivery to a UK address.
- Your confirmation email will provide a link to book a free video appointment so one of our friendly and professional health advisors can guide you through the testing process.
- Book your appointment for the correct day and time having checked country entry requirements. To check appointment availability before purchasing your test kits click here: BOOK MY APPOINTMENT.
- Prior to your scheduled test you will receive a reminder and a link to your video appointment. Click the link and you will be connected to our of our trained health advisors who will walk you through the process.
- Package the kit and return to our lab via your nearest Royal Mail Priority Post box using the pre-paid Track 24 label included. To check for your nearest Royal Mail Priority Box please CLICK HERE.
- The kit will be delivered to our lab for analysis and your result and Covid PCR test certificate will be issued within 24 hours of receipt. Please note samples posted on Saturday by Royal Mail may not be received until Monday morning unless the priority box used offers Sunday collections. We guarantee to provide test results within 24 hours of receiving the sample, however we are unable to take responsibility for any delay in delivery of the sample caused by Royal Mail.

How does my video appointment work?
Once you have confirmed you order you will receive a new order confirmation within which is a link to book the appointment.
Have your Covid-19 test kits delivered to any UK location, or if you live in Surrey you can pick up from our clinic. If you are travelling overseas then you will need to pack your antigen kits with you. Prior to your scheduled test you will receive a reminder and a link to your virtual appointment. Click the link and you will be connected to one of our friendly and professional health advisors who will walk you through the process. It will take 10-30 minutes for the result to appear on the test cassette. Once we have received a photograph of your negative results, you will receive a Fit to Travel Certificate within 1 hour.
If you have recently tested positive for Covid-19 you may also require a Covid Recovery Certificate.
