The Video Supervised Fit to Travel PCR test kit includes all the tools to ensure the timely delivery of your Covid-19 test result. This test kit is suitable for pre departure testing if your airline requires a negative result before you fly. Please ensure that you check with the airline and destination entry requirements. Your test package includes:
- Free DPD courier delivery to your UK address
- 1 x Pre-Departure RT-PCR Test
- Video appointment with one of our friendly and professional health advisors to guide you through the test process
- Pre paid packaging to send your sample to the Laboratory
- Results and Certificate with 24 hours of laboratory receipt
How does my video appointment work?
- Simply order your COVID-19 Video Supervised test kit for delivery to a UK address.
- Your confirmation email will provide a link to book a free video appointment so one of our friendly and professional health advisors can guide you through the testing process.
- Book your appointment for the correct day and time having checked country entry requirements. To check appointment availability before purchasing your test kits click here: BOOK MY APPOINTMENT.
- Prior to your scheduled test you will receive a reminder and a link to your video appointment. Click the link and you will be connected to our of our trained health advisors who will walk you through the process.
- Package the kit and return to our lab via your nearest Royal Mail Priority Post box using the pre-paid Track 24 label included. To check for your nearest Royal Mail Priority Box please CLICK HERE.
- The kit will be delivered to our lab for analysis and your result and Covid PCR test certificate will be issued within 24 hours of receipt. Please note samples posted on Saturday by Royal Mail may not be received until Monday morning unless the priority box used offers Sunday collections. We guarantee to provide test results within 24 hours of receiving the sample, however we are unable to take responsibility for any delay in delivery of the sample caused by Royal Mail.
Our Courier Service
- Book before 3pm for same day dispatch (next day delivery) Monday to Friday
- Before 1pm for same day dispatch (next working day delivery) Saturday and Sunday.
You will be able to upgrade your delivery options with DPD paying a supplement for faster or weekend delivery.
